If I boot up the board with a jumper wire across the BOOT terminals, the LED will flash VERY fast, then slow down to just a fast flash. The green STATUS LED is constantly flashing quickly. Lastly, the Controller board appears to be in continuous bootloader mode. However, when I go to File/Settings/Connection, the Primary Controller is listed as "USB, Planet CNC Mk3/4, Serial:13003.īut, the big white box underneath lists "Simulation" and "USB, PlanetCNC Mk3(v1) (bootloader)"Īlso, If I go to Machine/Firmware Update it displays "USB controller not found". The Mk3/4 USB Controller is recognized by the computer on a hardware level. Of course, this means I cannot generate a license activation code or control any stepper motors. I received a new Mk3/4 controller a couple of weeks ago and am having difficulty getting the TNG software to recognize the board.
